BUD ICE PENGUIN THEME

AUTHOR'S NOTE: okay, this is my Bud Ice Penguin Theme, made by me, 
Krystal (aka NiteRise). 
All icons and cursors were made by me, and I took the sounds from 
various websites I found on the web. 
feel free to distribute this, and I don't mind if you put this up on
your own page, just make sure that this read-me is included. send all

THEME INCLUDES:
-sounds (not for EVERY event)
-icons (for destop, and a few extra ones)
-cursers (1 alt pointer)
-background 
-Eraser Reg font (place in file in font directory in Control Panel)
-start up & shut down screens (to install: place the logo.sys file in
 your root directery, and the logos.sys and logow.sys in your root 
 directory, then go to the Windows folder, and place there. MAKE SURE
 TO KEEP A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL LOGO.SYS, LOGOW.SYS, AND 
 LOGOS.SYS FILE!)
-a Bud Ice Penguin.theme (To use this theme simply place  all the 
files into your C:/UNZIPPED/BUDICEPENG/  directory.
